Over the past year, we’ve been upgrading and updating our standard operating procedures. Some big changes have been made around here, and we’re excited to share what we’ve been up to!
First off, we upgraded our recruiting software. Bullhorn Applicant Tracking System is an industry-leading relationship management solution designed to help us pursue and win new business while getting the most from our existing customer relationships. With our new Bullhorn Recruiting Software, we’ve improved recruiter productivity and placement rates and more effectively managed our recruitment and applicant evaluation processes. This software helps us easily make recruiting decisions and track our progress.
Secondly, we upgraded our productivity software to Microsoft Office 365. This change has allowed us to collaborate easily amongst team members and work more efficiently from anywhere. We’ve implemented additional Microsoft features into our daily operations to make processes run more smoothly for our recruiters and clients.
