Landing a new job often comes with relocation to a new area. Sometimes candidates will have personal motives for relocating to a new area. This could be family related, special interests, or other ties to the employer’s job location. Other times, they may be unfamiliar with their new city which can be hard to adjust to. It’s important for employers to find out how they can assist the candidate in their move. Sharing fun facts and unique things about your city is a great start. Thinking about moving to Michiana?
