I began working with Talent Source in September 2020. Through their team's connections, expertise, and support, I was able to secure a full-time position within 7-8 months. Talent Source is a top notch staffing and recruiting company. They are excellent at matching high caliber candidates with openings. Other Staffing and Recruiting companies have wasted my time with sub par candidates. Talent Source never has. They also work very quickly. The owner Tammie Carr is willing to do whatever it takes to give great customer service-which includes coming in and working herself during a crisis when the temporary employee could not come to work!

Talent Source has been a great resource for us when we need either a temp or permanent hire on short notice. We've been in a pinch and needed a professional office person and they've listened to what we're looking for and our feedback and provided great candidates accordingly.
